DUNN BASEBALL ACADEMY

MEMBERSHIP/LESSON PROGRAM

We are excited to offer the opportunity for you to work closely with the staff of Dunn Baseball. This summer we are starting a new program that will be structured to help you develop your skills on the baseball field.

Membership to the Academy is $100 and includes the following:

20-minute evaluation session to help us recommend the next steps to your training
Access to staff for pitching, hitting, fielding, catching or strength training instruction
10% off a camp, clinic, or showcase run by the Dunn Baseball Academy
Competition Opportunity in the fall of each year

**For those entering the 9th grade or older, you must leave within 50 miles of the UAB campus in order to participate according to NCAA rules.

Membership/Lesson Prices
K-8th Grades Membership: $100 Lessons: $100/hr - from a Director or Lead Instructor $60/ ½ hr - from a Director or Lead Instructor $60/hr - from a current or past player $30/ ½ hr - from a current or past player Group Hitting Clinics: $500 Group Clinics will run 2 days a week for 5 weeks starting in the fall. Group Infield Clinics: $500 Group Infield Clinics will run 2 days a week for 5 weeks starting in the fall.

UAB BASEBALL & CAMP STAFF:

• Casey Dunn - Owner
Head Baseball Coach UAB

• BJ Green - Director of Pitching
Current Pitching Coach UAB Baseball. Coach Green is a former Alabama Baseball Pitcher from Gardendale. He has served as the pitching coach at the University of Alabama, Georgia Southern, and now UAB. Coach Green will oversee all pitching instruction.

• Alan Kunkel - Director of Catching/Hitting
Coach Kunkel is currently the recruiting coordinator and hitting coach at UAB. Prior to UAB he was on staff at the University of South Florida. Before entering college coaching, he was a successful high school coach and ran a premier travel program in South Florida.

• Frankie Navarrete - Lead Instructor
Coach Navarrete is currently an assistant coach at UAB working primarily on the defensive side of the field and assisting with the hitters. Prior to UAB he was high school coach in Miami and coached youth travel teams in the summer.

• Brandon Moore - Director of Defense/Hitting
Coach Moore will be serving as Director of Player Development starting in the fall. He is coming from Oneonta High School but has previously served in various roles with the Chicago White Sox, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Kansas City Royals. Coach Moore served as hitting coach and infield instructor as high as AAA.

• UAB Players and Former Players
Current and Former Players will be serving as instructors as well. Our athletes will mainly be instructing the younger athletes.

REFUND POLICY: There is a NO REFUND policy for the camp. If you are unable to attend for any reason, we will happily transfer the camp fee to a later camp. If the camps are forced to be delayed or pushed back for any reason we will also transfer the camp fee to later in the summer or the next year as needed. We will insure the fees will be applied to a full week of camp.
